To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZENOVEXION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the service agreement. ZENOVEXION may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity.
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
